Privacy notice
Short version: we keep what the app needs and nothing more, your partner never sees your chats, and you can delete everything yourself.
What we store
Your name and email, the first names and birth years of your children, your answers in the family check and the kids' check, your progress on the map, points and rewards, calendar events and tasks, your conversations with Vega, your notes in the Parents School, and push-notification subscriptions if you turn them on.
Why
Only to run the app for your family: to build your pattern and map, pick cards and practices that fit your children's ages, keep both parents in sync, and remind you once a day if you asked for it. We don't sell data and we don't run ads.
Who sees what
Your partner sees the family pattern, the map, points, calendar, tasks and Parents School notes. Your partner does not see your individual check answers or your chats with Vega. Children in kids' mode see only their own tasks, points and rewards.
Conversations with Vega are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate answers. They are not used to train models.
Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card. Emails are sent through Resend.
Where
Our servers are in the European Union. Swiss data protection law applies, and the GDPR for users in the EU. Children's data is kept to a minimum, and children never create accounts.
How long, and what reaches the AI
We keep your data as long as your account exists, and delete it within 30 days after you delete the account. Children's check answers never leave our server: they are scored on our side and only a short summary is shown to the parents. What goes to the AI provider (Anthropic) is your own chat with Vega and a short family context (first names, ages, the pattern), nothing more, and it is never used for training. Cancelling Plus keeps your map and your data; you simply go back to Free.
Your rights
Export everything and delete your account under Family, anytime. If you're the last parent in the family, the whole family and all children's data is deleted. Questions: hello@trustparent.io.
