Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU. Short version: 14 days, one mail, your money back. If you asked us to start right away, the right can lapse, and we say so before you pay.
Who this is for
Consumers who live in the EU or the EEA and buy Plus or the Parents School from G6 Agency AG. Swiss law has no general right of withdrawal for online purchases; our own 14-day refund on the yearly plan applies to everyone regardless, see the pricing page. (to be completed before payments start)
Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded, that is the day you bought Plus or the Parents School.
To exercise the right, tell us (G6 Agency AG, Bahnhof-Park 2, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, hello@trustparent.io) in a clear statement, for example a mail or a letter, that you withdraw from the contract. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending the statement before the period ends is enough.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund every payment we received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day your statement reaches us. We refund by the same payment method you used, and we charge nothing for it.
Digital content and subscriptions
Plus is a running service. If you asked us to start it during the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the days you had it, in proportion to the price, and get the rest back.
The Parents School is digital content that opens all at once. If you asked us to open it right away and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, the right lapses as soon as it is open.
We ask for both, in plain words, in the checkout, before you pay. (to be completed before payments start)
